​District II is sponsoring a floral design workshop in Severna Park on Saturday, February 27, 2016.
 
The cost is $25 and Sylvia Deck will be the presenter.
 
Attached is a flyer with additional information on the workshop plus a registration form for anyone who is interested and would like to play with flowers during the dark days of February.
